our Process
We craft our soap with the cold-process method in small 16-20 pound batches. We use only the purest natural oils and fats, food-grade NaOH, and distilled water. The soap is poured into our own wooden molds, and when hard, cut into individual bars. The edges are trimmed and individually stamped with the name of the variety. The bars are then left to rest and harden for 2-3 weeks. Only then will they be wrapped and sold.
No dyes or perfumes are used, except by special order. Some have natural, essential oils that have a fragrance. Our soaps are not meant to be sniffed, or to serve as bathroom art. They are meant to be used.
